Q: How much does it cost to view or post listings?
A: Absolutely NOTHING -- FREE! Free viewing of listings is always encouraged. Landlords
looking to post their properties simply need to signup for a free Agent Account.
Agents can then use the Agent Login link above and start posting.
Q: You're kidding, nothing is free!
A: There are fees for additional services, but this is completely optional.
Q: What pay-for services do you offer?
A: Landlords who don't have the time or the means to post their listings can pay to have
that done.
$10 + GST minimum charge per listing with no pictures. Run the listing as long as required.
Don't have a digital camera? We can take pictures of your property for you. $20 minimum
charge plus $0.35/km travelling expenses (from Cobourg, Ontario, Canada) + GST. We'll even post
the listing for you. Each listing can support up to 6 pictures.
Have some regular photos you would like scanned? $10 + GST minimum charge and we'll add them to
your listing. For $20 + GST we'll scan and make the listing for you.
Q: How can I get my listing highlighted in the Featured Listing area on the main page?
A: Just ask. Space on the front is limited so it's first come, first served.
Q: Can I get my banner ad(s) to show up at the top?
A: Sure! $25 + GST covers an entire year. Your banners should be 468 pixels wide by
60 pixels high.
